Cutting Instructions

Small
From Mountain Fleece Prints cut:
A1 – (1) 5″ x 50″ rectangle
A2 – (1) 5″ x 13″ rectangle
B1 – (1) 20″ x 50″ rectangle
B2 – (1) 20″ x 13 1/2″ rectangle
C1 – (1) 15″ circle
C2 – (1) 20″ circle
Medium
From Mountain Fleece Prints cut:
A1 – (1) 5″ x 50″ rectangle
A2 – (1) 5″ x 14 1/2″ rectangle
B1 – (1) 25″ x 50″ rectangle
B2 – (1) 25″ x 15″ rectangle
C1 – (1) 25″ circle
C2 – (1) 30″ circle
Large
From Mountain Fleece Prints cut:
A1 – (2) 5″ x 50″ rectangle
A2 – (1) 5″ x 25 1/2″ rectangle
B1 – (2) 30″ x 50″ rectangle
B2 – (1) 30″ x 26″ rectangle
C1 – (1) 35″ circle
C2 – (1) 40″ circle
Bed Assembly
*Seam Allowance is 1/2″
Sew the A1 rectangle to the A2 rectangle with right sides together.
Sew the B1 rectangle to the B2 rectangle with right sides together.
Fold the short ends of your B right sides together and stitch.
Wrap the right side of A around the wrong side of B, line up the top edges and baste together. Leave your A ends open and unfinished.
*Your B piece will be slightly shorter than your A piece*
Fold your circle in half and mark the fold, fold again and mark. You can do the same with your A/B pieces also. Line up your marks of C1 with the marks of A/B and pin.
Pleat the basted edge of A/B until it fits around C1. Pin in place and stitch. The pleats do not have to be perfect.
Line up the unfinished edges of A and B and baste together.
Place the zipper right sides together with C2 and stitch in place.
Place the zipper right sides together with the bottom of A/B and stitch in place. Leave the zipper open.
Place C2 right sides together with A/B and stitch. Do no stitch over the zipper opening.
Pull your bed right side out through the zipper opening.
Use softloft polyester fill to stuff the bed. Stuff between the unfinished B ends to fill the outer walls of the bed. Stuff the bottom to fill the seat of the bed.
