Ribbon Candy Ornament

Materials

• Holiday Wonder Quilt Collection – 0.2m
• Embroidery Thread and Needle
• Optional: Loop Turner

Instructions

Cut 2 strips measuring 2 1/2″ x 21″. Place right sides together and stitch around 3 sides leaving one short end open.

Trim and clip corners and turn right way out. Fold the open side in 1/4″, press and topstitch closed.

Fold your strip up like an accordion and pin or clip in place.

Using your embroidery thread and needle, tie a knot in the end and pull through the center of one end of your accordion. Tie a knot and then pull through the next fold, tie a knot and continue until you reach the top.

Once you reach the top create a little loop and secure with a knot.

Christmas Bauble

Materials

• 0.3m material per bauble
• foam balls
• hot glue
• ribbon

Cutting Instructions

Instructions

Take your square and place the foam ball in the centre. Pull up opposite corners and pull together at the base of the ball. Rearrange gathers and secure with ribbon.
